10. Limitation of Liability

Negocio PRO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Liability is limited to the fees paid in the 30 days before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Negocio PRO harmless from any claims or damages arising from your misuse of the platform or violations of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal disputes must be resolved in the courts located in California, USA.
