At Negocio PRO, we want you to feel confident in choosing our platform. While we stand behind the quality of our services, we understand that situations may arise where a refund is requested. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued and how to request one.


1. 7-Day Refund Guarantee

We offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund on your Negocio PRO software subscription fee.

  • To be eligible, your request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase or the first paid charge after any free trial.
  • Refund requests submitted after 7 days will not qualify under this policy.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Only the Negocio PRO SaaS subscription fee is eligible for a refund.

The following items are non-refundable, as they are usage-based, third-party, or one-time services:

  • Phone numbers
  • SMS/texting usage costs
  • Dialer minutes
  • Web hosting
  • A2P (Application-to-Person) registration & messaging fees
  • Email sending costs
  • Any consumable or usage-based service outside the core subscription
  • One-time onboarding, setup, or done-for-you (DFY) service fees
  • Coaching, consulting, or training already delivered or in progress
  • Add-ons or integrations billed separately

These services cannot be refunded due to their consumption-based or third-party nature.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  2. Use the subject line: Refund Request – [Your Account Email]
  3. Include the following details:
    • Your account email address
    • Full name on the account
    • Proof of purchase (receipt or transaction ID)
    • Optional: A brief explanation to help us improve

If your request meets the 7-day requirement, we will process the refund to your original payment method.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. Bank processing times may vary depending on your card issuer or payment provider.
